Our flexibility allows us to run training programs throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

How long are your training programs?
Each of our training programs is customised to suit the individual client. You may choose individual modules or a program that runs over several days - it's up to you.

Do you specialise in any one particular area?
No, Front and Centre Training Solutions has wide ranging expertise that gives us the knowledge in the areas of management training, sales training, presentation skills, negotiation skills, communication skills and team development.

You seem to have many management programs - are these too technical for non-management staff?
Because we tailor our management training programs to suit the client, we can easily ensure that materials presented are appropriate for your staff. We also have ready-made courses suitable for non-management staff including: Sales X-Sellence, Retail Sales, Healthcare Sales, Sales Coaching, Selling with DiSC, Influence Skills, Persuasive Negotiation and our Presentation Skills programs.

How many people can be part of a training program at any one time?
For some of our programs, such as the Media Training and Impact Presentation Skills, it is better to have a small group to allow us to give comprehensive video feedback. But for other programs, we can present to larger groups. Talk to us about your needs and we can easily advise you.

Can we purchase program information to present internally to our own staff?
Yes, some of the Front and Centre training programs are available for purchase. Contact Us and we'll advise you to the most suitable programs for internal presentation.

How can we be assured as to the quality of the facilitator?
All Front and Centre training programs are overseen by our directors Grazina Fechner and Cameron Read, who have wide-ranging expertise in training and development. You can be assured that you will not only get an expert facilitator, but someone who understands your business as well.

We currently have a training program but it is outdated. Can Front and Centre help revitalise our current program?
Absolutely. We offer Consulting Services and have qualitifications in instructional design. We can assist you in redeveloping all of your information into a powerful training program.

We know the results we need, but are not sure of which program to undertake. Can you help?
Front and Centre offers Training Needs Analysis and will accurately identify the courses you need to achieve your goals. Contact Us and we'll set you on the right track.

Our organisation already has its own trainers but it's probably time they extended their learning. Can you help?
Facilitator Coaching is another service offered by Front and Centre. Contact Us and let us work with your trainers to enhance their capability in presenting to your workforce.

We have a number of staff who work remotely from our main office, do you have online versions of your training programs?
Front and Centre has an Online Training Platform that is user-friendly and easily navigated. This Online Training Platform allows us to offer online learning, in-session web learning and SMS learning packages.
