Managing the Generations aims at improving your success in recruitment, development and retention of staff.
Developed in consultation with on ongoing Organisational Pscyhology PhD, the Managing the Generations program focuses on the new challenge that faces people managers - managing teams that may include up to four generations - Veterans, Baby Boomers, Gen X and Gen Y.
Each generation has it own demands, motivators and skills set.
The Managing the Generations program is cutting edge and will be adapted to match your current performance management platform.
